500g bag gnocchi
A handful of vegan parmesan shavings
1 jar Bonsan green pesto
450g Green beans
1. Bring a large pan of lighted salted water to the boil. Add the gnocchi and beans.
2. Boil for 2-3 minutes or until the gnocchi floats.
3. Drain and toss the gnocchi and beans with the pesto.
4. Finished with shaved vegan parmesan.
