Vegan Hot dogs

- Bonsan Kofu Grill Sausages
- 2 x Wholemeal or gluten free hot dog buns
For the toppings:
- Sauerkraut & vegan mustard
- Avocado, red onion, and tomato salsa
- Shredded lettuce, sliced pepper, pickled jalapenos & vegan mayo
- Vegan cheese, sliced red onions & vegan mustard

1. Cook the Bonsan Kofu sausages in a large frying pan with a little oil, and fry on a medium heat for 4 minutes, turning them regularly until golden brown.
2. Add the sausages to your bun and add your favourite combination of toppings.
