VEGAN GREEN GODDESS SANDWICH WITH LENTIL SPREAD

3 tbsp BONSAN Lentil & Turmeric Spread
2 Slices of Sourdough Bread (thinly sliced)
A bunch of Baby Spinach
Sliced Avocado
Sliced Cucumber
Micro Sprouts (optional)

Serves: 1

1. Slightly toast sourdough bread.
2. Spread the lentil & turmeric spread onto 1 slice of bread
3. Add all your desired greens, like baby spinach, cucumbers, avocados, and top with another slice of bread.
4. Top with the sprouts if using and enjoy!
