200g Bonsan Organic Smoky Barbecue Shredded Jackfruit
1 Tbsp coconut oil
2 burger buns (we used vegan brioche)
2 large tomatoes, sliced thinly
1 large red onion, sliced thinly
Little gem lettuce, washed
1 large ripe avocado, mashed
Bonsan Organic Cocomayo
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the shredded jackfruit. Heat until hot.
2. To assemble - top the bottom bun with mashed avocado, then the gem lettuce, then pile in a generous amount of jackfruit, followed by the red onion and tomato.
3. Finally, add a dollop of cocomayo (if using) and top with the remaining bun. Eat straight away!
