Bonsan Organic Kofu Ragu Chunks
2 teaspoons sesame seeds for sprinkling on top (optional)
Bonsan Organic Garlic Aioli, to serve
1. Slice the cucumber into wide ribbons, using a very sharp knife or peeler.
2. Fry the Ragu Chunks in a pan for around 5 mins, turning frequently.
3. Place the chunks on the skewers, alternating the pieces with a folded cucumber ribbon.
4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with Garlic Aioli. Serve and enjoy!
