1 Bonsan Organic Kofu Classic
2 tablespoons, Bonsan Organic Vegan Pesto
1 Large tomato, sliced
Handful vegan cheese, grated
Focaccia bread, sliced

Serves: 1

1. Slice the Kofu and fry for around 2 minutes on each side.
2. Spread the pesto on the top and bottom of the foccacia bread slices, top with tomatoes and cheese, followed by the Kofu slices.
3. Place the sandwich under the grill until the cheese has fully melted. Serve and enjoy!
