1 Bonsan Kofu Steak
Gherkins, sliced
Red onions, very thinly sliced
Vegan cheese, sliced
Vegan coleslaw
Vegan brioche bun
Olive oil

Serves: 1

1. Heat the oil in a frying pan & add the kofu steak. Fry gentle on each side until golden brown.
2. Top with the sliced cheese and leave in the frying pan on a low heat until melted.
3. Slightly toast the bun, layer the bottom with the vegan coleslaw, top with the kofu steak, red onions, gherkins and top with the other bun.
4. Serve immediately.
