COOKIE MELT S’MORES

Bonsan Peanut Butter Cookie Melt x 8 (depending on how many s’mores you want)
1 pack vegan Digestive Biscuits
1 pack vegan marshmallows

Serves: 4-8

1. Preheat the grill to medium. Prepare a baking tray with some baking paper. Place the marshmallows on the digestive biscuits and then onto the baking tray.

2. Pop under the grill until slightly brown and melted. Make sure you keep a close eye, as they burn very quickly.

3. Whilst browning, put the Bonsan Cookie Melts in the microwave for 30 seconds.

4. Take the marshmallow and digestive biscuits out of the oven and immediately top with the heated Bonsan Cookie Melt. Sandwich another digestive biscuit on top and squash together gently.

5. Enjoy immediately!
